各位或許都知道我們有個《龍洞岩場救援計畫》，但大家真的了解救援計劃的運作機制，並且能夠真正應用嗎？試想一下：當你在龍洞親眼目睹意外事件發生時，你當下的第一反應會是什麼？你知道接下來該如何處置，並且需要完成哪些救援程序和相關細節嗎？

本課程就是針對龍洞攀岩常見意外所設計的緊急應變課程，目的是為了讓岩友熟悉《龍洞岩場救援計畫》的運作機制，提升岩友現場緊急救護的能力與效率。當龍洞岩場發生意外時，不論是自救或救人，都能合理評估狀況、運用救護器材、安全搬運傷患、正確交接，將傷害降到最低。

Now that we all know the EMS Project, do we all know its detailed mechanisms and application when an accident actually happens? Imagine now that you are witnessing an accident: what would be your first response? How would you handle the situation? And what would need to be done in order to perform the rescue operation while taking all necessary steps?

The basic course is designed to provide participants with the knowledge needed for handling emergencies and knowing how to react when an accident occurs at Long Dong. The course also aims to teach climbers about the detailed mechanisms of the EMS Project while improving their medical and rescue abilities. After completing the basic course, when an accident occurs, whether to oneself or to another climber, course participants will be able to evaluate the situation objectively, utilize the EMS equipment correctly, move or transport the injured person(s) safely, and communicate with outside medical or rescuing personnel accurately, such that the level of injury caused by the accident can be minimized to the extent possible.
